Just as in any advertising campaign, first impressions are everything when it comes to promoting your listing.  A strong description and attractive price are keys to drawing in the buyer’s attention, but what will always stand out more than anything is the visual aspect.  With the housing economy still being a buyer’s market, buyers have an abundant amount of choices for their next investment, and the first thing that they are zoning in on are the photos.  Why wouldn’t you give yourself an advantage and appeal to the buyers’ interest by using professional real estate photos to stand out from the competition?

There are three main reasons how using professional real estate photography will help you get your listings sold faster.

  1. Your homes will sell faster, so you will ultimately have happier clients. When you make the investment to have a professional real estate photographer capture images of your listings, it will draw more attention on the internet, which in turn, draws more buyers in the door.  Even if the potential buyers don’t choose one of your listings as their next home, your clients will be happy that foot traffic is high.
  2. Since the home will sell faster, there is less chance that you will have to drop the price due to a “stale” listing.  When the initial launch of a listing does not move, agents must drop the price to make it attractive once more, ultimately losing commission dollars.  Make the first launch the only one with high quality photographs.
  3. Your reputation as a successful agent will be solidified.  The equation is simple: the more impressionable your listings, the faster they sell, the happier your clients are, the more referrals you receive, the more money you make.

You may have to invest a bit more financially in the front end for professional photography specializing in real estate, but to gain an advantage for your listings in a buyer’s market far exceeds any initial costs.  For more information to get your listings professionally photographed, please contact us.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
